We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise that prevent attendees from participating in our AI classes. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:


1. Refunds under Extenuating Circumstances:

1.1 Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered under extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, unforeseen personal obligations, or other significant events beyond the attendee's control.

1.2 Request Process: To initiate a refund, the attendee must submit a written request within 24 hours of the scheduled class. The request should include a detailed explanation of the extenuating circumstances.

1.3 Approval Process: Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Our organization reserves the right to approve or deny the refund based on the nature and validity of the extenuating circumstances presented.

1.4 Documentation: In certain cases, supporting documentation may be required to verify the extenuating circumstances. This documentation will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of evaluating the refund request.


2. Missed Class and Transfer Options:

2.1 Missed Class: If an attendee is unable to attend a scheduled class but does not meet the criteria for a refund under extenuating circumstances, they may be eligible for alternative options.

2.2 Transfer to Another Class Date: In the event of a missed class, the attendee may request to transfer their admission to another class date of the same course, subject to availability. The request for transfer must be made in writing within 24 hours of the missed class.

2.3 Admission Transfer to Another Person: If the original attendee is unable to attend a class but wishes to transfer their admission to another person, they may do so by providing written notice to our organization. The request should include the details of the substitute attendee.


3. Refund and Transfer Conditions:

3.1 Refund Fees: If a refund is approved, applicable fees or charges may be deducted from the refund amount, such as administrative fees or non-refundable expenses incurred by our organization.

3.2 Deadline for Transfer: Requests for transferring to another class date or transferring admission to another person must be made within a reasonable time frame and subject to availability.

3.3 Transfer Limitations: Transfers may be subject to additional conditions or limitations, including restrictions on the number of transfers allowed or a specific time frame within which the transfer must be completed.


4. Other Terms:

4.1 Non-Transferable Benefits: Any refund or transfer benefits under this policy are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to any other product or service.

4.2 Modification or Cancellation: Our organization reserves the right to modify or cancel this refund policy at any time, without prior notice.
